Title / Description: King and Osiris

Commentary: Osiris was associated with mortuary affairs. This picture is a good prototypical depiction of how Osiris usually appeared in Egyptian iconography. He is often shown in wrappings like a mummy, carrying the crook and flail and donning the White Crown of Upper Egypt, as he is shown here.
