Title / Description: Temple of Zeus
Provenance: Priene, Turkey

Commentary: Priene is an important site archaeologically as it is a well-preserved example of a Greek planned city. This is a picture of the Temple of Zeus, located to the east of the city's agora. Several of the temple's Ionic columns have been reconstructed, and many more lay in sections around the Temple.
