Commentary: Map of Europe, 1270-1555 C.E. showing regions of reform in red and the "encroachments of Mohammedanism" on the Eastern churches. Areas of influence of the Maronites, Jacobites, Nestorians, and Armenians are indicated as well as locations of sees of Metropolitans and Bishops.
